Baker
Duties
This position is responsible for daily preparation of food items including pastries, cakes, creams, desserts and other sweet creations. Prepare equipment and obtain supplies as needed. Also responsible for other duties in the areas of food and final plate presentation including plating and garnishing of food items.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a basic understanding of professional baking and appropriate cooking methods and techniques. Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Being able to multitask, work quickly and effectively within a team. Communicates clearly, listens attentively to directions. Problem solving with self-motivation and organized. Dedication to quality service is a must as we want to hire team members that are extraordinarily service-driven and show a high level of positive attitude towards customers and team members. Preferred: 5 years of food and beverage experience.
Prep Cook
Duties
This position is responsible for preparing food and stocking the kitchen as needed. Clean and maintain kitchen and equipment. Maintain records of food prep and inventory of products if required. Individual must be able to follow orders promptly and efficiently. Be able to spend hours on your feet in places of extreme heat or cold. Must know state and federal regulations regarding safe food handling.
Qualifications
Qualifications include being able to cook the freshest ingredients in a scratch kitchen, become an efficient chef with accuracy and speed, and be familiar with the best practices of sanitation and cleanliness. Must be a team player who can cooperate and collaborate with a team of chefs. Employees must always maintain a positive and fun atmosphere while learning and continuing development. Preferred food and beverage experience of three years.
Servers
Looking for experienced servers who are organized professionals who can provide top notch customer service in fast pace environments. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail and can adapt to new situations each day while showing great time management skills. You must have two years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar. Must have a positive attitude and love being a team player. Experience with Aloha POS system is preferred, but cash handling experience is a must. All employees must be over 21.
